Saudi Arabia’s stc launched the ‘Talent Incubation Program’ (TIP) to develop fresh graduates, while the UAE’s ‘National Program for Coders’ aims to certify 100,000 coders by 2028. Qatar’s ‘Digital Skills Working Group’ and Bahrain’s ‘Technical Capacity Program’ are also equipping local workforces with essential digital expertise.
